HRSH REYALITEE (pronounced: Harsh Reality), is the Writer/Poet who also responds to the crown Shadel Preddy, who developed the love and appreciation for her craft at the tender age of ten years old.

Hrsh Reyalitee is not only the face of the solider in battle, but of the one that has already won the war. During her late teen years, She was given the Mary McLeod Bethune Community Service Award (which is the last will and testament of the Late Mary McLeod Bethune; founder of Bethune Cookman College), from The National Council of Negro Women Inc. in 2007 for her service in her community and her influence amongst her peers. Hrsh Reyalitee accepted not only the award but also the responsibility that came along with it.
Throughout her college years at Hofstra University in Hempstead, New York; Hrsh Reyalitee continued to grow as a Mentor, Woman, and Artist. Even through the highs and Lows of Life, She thought to the future, and wanted to create an outlet where Artist like herself could develop, prosper, and build together while promoting Unity within the community; developing on the idea of, “For the People, By the People” – HRSH R..
Then in 2010, FIRE BIRD MANAGEMENT TEAM (LLC) was organized and created by Shadel Preddy for the development of HRSH REYALITEE, and the management team for The Street Poets NYC Collective, where Hrsh Reyalitee is the Founder/CEO. In the same year under Fire Bird Management Team, Hrsh Reyalitee began as a professional performance Poet, featured the Bowery Poetry Club, and published and released her first book, ‘To: My Future From: My Past With Love, The Present’.
Hrsh Reyalitee joined staff for an online magazine called FRSHPulp.com in 2010 as well as Writer for their Entertainment section! Gratefully able to work with an amazing staff and also with some of the most hard working people in the entertainment industry, and it’s most noted entertainers such as Damon Dash, Common, Phylicia Rashad, Curren$y, The Dream, and B.Scott just to name a few.
In 2011, STREET POETS NYC Collective (LLC) and STREETPOETSNYC.com were released to the public, and The Street Poets NYC Thee Open Mic Began April 2011. Hrsh Reyalitee; the first member of Street Poets NYC Collective (there are now 8 active members of the collective), continued to take Poetry a step further, and a step back all at the same time. She would perform in various Open Mics and Venue shows, as well as on the subway, subway platforms, and out in the streets of Brooklyn just as the Original street Poets and lyricist in the ’80s. Hrsh Reyalitee is the Owner/Founder of The Street Poets Den, performance venue. Where Thee Open Mic is held monthly and Artists of all kinds come to perform, Network, and build. The events are always RSVP only, and the drinks are always free. The Street Poets Den has been running successful for soon to be, 2 years. Late 2011, Hrsh Reyalitee began working with the Von King Cultural Arts Center where she still hosts and mentors youth and carries out her duty to give back to the community and help the youth the develop the necessities that they truly need to develop themselves as individuals, and a collective unit in society. She is the host of the teen open mic at the community center that takes place once a month, as well as the director of youth workshops that will begin in Spring 2013.
