Gentrification is very real, and we are discussing its affects on the community at large but we are not discussing its lasting affects on each of us as American citizens. Gentrification is a migration of wealthy into a lower class community. With this migration the resources will adjust to the influx and housing costs will rise, while wages will decrease.
