Good Morning Powerful People. It is the Street Blogger here live and direct! On my usual scroll down the wordpress reader I found a post by a fellow blogger that really spoke to me. Yes, it is a post about leadership. It is so often that we follow in the footsteps of the asshole leadership examples that we’ve been shown on T.V., and lead by at our dead-end jobs. Now, it doesn’t take rocket scientist to show us that the lack of proper leadership is the root of the hate that we have towards all of our jobs, obligations, and commitments.

When we think of leadership we think of authority, we think of Chain of Command and “Who is in control”. But are you really in control? What is the head without the body? and what is the body without using your brain?

The leader understands that they are no greater than those who seek their guidance. Notice I did NOT say, “greater than those who they lead”, because a leader understands that the learning process is never over. Enjoy the reposted reading and allow is to speak to you, and improve you.
